These terms govern the use of uForecast, a service by Uniqueness Labs. By using the service, you accept them.
uForecast generates statistical forecasts from the history you upload, with a measured reliability margin and an explanation. Forecasts are indicative: they don't guarantee future results and don't constitute financial, investment or professional advice.
We offer a free plan with a limited quota and paid monthly subscription plans (Starter and Pro), each with its quota. Payments are processed through Paddle. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on your first payment; see our refund policy.
You agree not to abuse the service, automate access to bypass quotas, or use it for unlawful purposes. Your API key is personal and confidential.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but it's provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
We're not liable for decisions you make based on the forecasts. Use them as a supporting tool, not as a certainty.
