Privacy Policy

At uForecast, a service by Uniqueness Labs, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we process and why.

What data we process

• Account: your email and sign-in data, handled by our identity provider (Clerk).
• Data you upload to forecast: only numbers and dates travel, with no personal information. We don't ask for or store names of your customers, suppliers or third parties.
• Service usage: number of forecasts made (for your quota), in aggregate.
• Payment: handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We don't store your card details.

How we use it

To provide the service (generate forecasts, manage your account and quota), to bill you if you subscribe, and to improve the product. We don't sell your data to third parties.

Where it's processed

Forecasts are computed on our own infrastructure. The numeric series you send are not shared with external AI providers to train models. The natural-language explanation is generated from already-computed figures, with no personal data.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you may access, rectify or delete your data, and request portability or restriction of processing. To exercise them, email us at hello@uniquenesslabs.com.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Usage logs are deleted periodically. If you delete your account, we remove your associated data.
